What is a Yacht Club?

A yacht club is a center specialized in aquatic activities and disciplines, which usually requires a membership or being associated. In turn, it usually has a marina for boats and there are yacht clubs dedicated to some specific boats, such as regattas or sailboats. These tend to be entertainment and cultural centers in coastal cities, where aquatic disciplines take on a daily existence.

At Marina Puerto Velero, a beach hotel on the outskirts of Barranquilla, an accommodation service is also open to the public in spacious apart-suites, land villas or villas over the sea.

Why rent cabins in Puerto Velero?

Unlike other accommodations in the Caribbean, in this yacht club you can choose the stilt cabins, which are located on the sea. Enjoy a beautiful view at sunset or a chat in the privacy of your room with your feet submerged in the sea, perfect moments to enjoy with someone special.

If you are looking for fun with the whole family, you can also stay in our land villas, which have a modern decoration and amenities for the whole family.
