Check-In is at 3pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm.

What is the Resort's policy regarding early arrivals and late departures?

We offer early check in and late check out. The price consists of 30% of the current rate on which you have reserved.

Early check in: 10:00am

Late check out: 04:00pm

What is the minimum age to register at Marina Puerto Velero?

The minimum age to register is 18 years old, all minors must be accompanied by an adult.

What payment methods does the Marina offer on the website and at the hotel?

On the website: only by credit card.

Through the Call Center: Credit card / Payment links / Consignment

At the hotel:

What is the cancellation policy of the Resort?

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance without any type of penalty. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance please contact the hotel directly.

What is the smoking policy in the Navy?

Smoking is not allowed on the hotel premises or inside the rooms.

Does the Resort allow pets?

Small dogs are allowed for an additional cost of 50,000 COP per night. (Cats are not accepted)

What are the pool hours?

Our pool is open for guests from 9 am to 6 pm.

Where is the Puerto Velero Marina located?

We are located 30 minutes from Barranquilla and 90 minutes from Cartagena.

KM 88 via the sea towards Barranquilla - Cartagena, Puerto Velero beaches.

Does La Marina Puerto Velero offer free parking?

Yes, we have a large parking lot and we offer free parking.

Does the Puerto Velero Marina offer a day pass?

We have a restaurant service in which you must reserve in advance, calling or writing directly to the restaurant's phones. The visit to our restaurant includes access to the beach, but not to the facilities with amenities.

For any type of event, you must book with the restaurant directly ( 57 310 7030203). Our staff will help you coordinate the details of the event or date you want to celebrate with us. We will wait for you!
