Upon arrival at Puerto Velero, boaters will find specialized staff who facilitate access and provide the necessary support for mooring their vessels. We offer the assistance they need: radio communication, VHF channel 08 for announcing their arrival, registration of arrivals and departures, assignment of moorings for rental boats, and general information about marina services.

With the safety, comfort, and cost-effectiveness of sailors with foreign-flagged vessels in mind, the marina offers representation and intermediation services for legal procedures related to immigration, customs, ICA (Colombian Agricultural Institute), and other Colombian authorities. This allows those arriving in Colombia from other countries to focus exclusively on enjoying this magical destination.
