Of the 460 berths, there are currently 210 available to sailors, either for rent or purchase, ranging from six meters (18 ft) to twenty meters (66 ft) in length. Each has potable water, Wi-Fi, and electrical power of 110 or 220 volts, 32 or 64 amps. These services are billed according to consumption. In addition, all areas of the port have surveillance and security service 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
